OptigestIA was founded with the mission of helping companies digitize and automate their processes. Since 1998, we have grown and built strong relationships with clients across Europe and Latin America.

Year 2024 – 2025

OptigestIA was officially founded in 2025 as a specialized agency focused entirely on AI-powered business process optimization. With years of experience behind us, we now operate under a new identity, fully dedicated to transforming operations through artificial intelligence.

Year 2023

This was the year we fully embraced artificial intelligence. After extensive research and pilot projects, we launched our first AI-based product, OptiProcess AI, transforming business processes across sectors. We also expanded into Latin America.

Year 2022

In 2022, we began narrowing our focus toward specific ERPs and workflow platforms, implementing over 50 custom virtual assistants to streamline customer service and internal operations for our clients.

Year 1998 – 2021

For over two decades, we operated under a different business name with the same core team, specializing in CRM, ERP, and enterprise technology consulting. We delivered tailored software solutions for companies across multiple industries.
